Two years ago, I never imagined I would own a
business like this. At 199.9lbs, struggling with self-control,
and diagnosed with hypertension, I knew something had to
change. With the support of loved ones and a commitment
to holding myself accountable, I embarked on a journey to
transform my health and fitness. Today, my eating habits are disciplined, my love for the gym is unwavering, and my confidence has never been higher.
As a busy mom of three, I fully understand the challenges and obstacles that come with prioritizing oneself and focusing on personal nutrition and fitness. Balancing the needs of a family, a career, and various responsibilities can often leave little time and energy for self-care.
